Non Red Tide NPCs converted to the Red Tide faith will gain the effects listed above, with the exception of high Discipline and Willpower. The weapons and armor they become restricted those may be those they are equipped with when converted, rather than those usual to Red Tide followers, so keep an eye of this when they are assigned to the Educator trying to convert them.
