* [NPC] Implemented the missing +3 Happiness boost for techies when upgrading your Home Tech Module. Also added a +1 Affection bonus per upgrade. These effects only apply to household assigned, non-bonded techies that are not assigned to The Abbey or The Arena.

Gameplay changes
