Provides a noticeable Happiness (usually +3*) boost and minor Affection gain (+1*) when given as a gift to female NPCs. Has a small chance of lowering the Jaded trait value by one point.
Up to eight units of Imperial Flowers can be harvested each week at Toshi Garden if the Herb House there is upgraded to Advanced level. They can also be purchased at Haruki's Store, for $900 per bouquet.
