A syringe injector suitable for accessing wound sites through armor near-instantly under combat conditions, these high tech gun-style dispensers deliver overclocked healing nanites equivalent to one standard tendstim dose (i.e. 20 or 30 health points restored, depending on medical skill level). Scarce and expensive, for instance a box of 20 may be available on the Mastersphere for $13,500.
They require high medical skill to use effectively (skill 60+), but skill 100+ enables two uses per round. Unlike Doctor's Kits, NPCs can use these as well as the MC. Thus a group of five combatants, each with skill 100+, could administer a total of 10 combat tendstim doses per round. Each Follower group in combat pools the number of doses they can deliver and their number of devices, and can give doses to any person at any point during the round without having to worry about who is doing what to who when and with what.
