Imperial Flowers
A bouquet of Raikan's famous imperial flowers - a unique Earth-Raanic hybrid that not even the laboratories at the Mastersphere were able to engineer.
Provides a noticeable Happiness (usually +3*) boost and minor Affection gain (+1*) when given as a gift to female NPCs. Has a small chance of lowering the Jaded trait value by one point.
Up to eight units of Imperial Flowers can be harvested each week at Toshi Garden if the Herb House there is upgraded to Advanced level. They can also be purchased at Haruki's Store, for $900 per bouquet.
* As with most such buffs, effects are greatest when the value of the Attribute or State in question is low, and gifts may have reduced or no effect when recipients are already highly happy or affectionate.
