Cyber cannon quest

A short, hidden quest chain in MoR to discover a hidden Cyber Cannon.

1. Obtain the first encrypted note via completing the "A breath from the past" task at Divine Juices.
2. Obtain the second encrypted note via completing Rosita's "The Goonies" quest via combat.
3. In the library, decrypt the note. You must have sufficient Academics skill.
4. You must defeat the Cultist Monk of Stokke Hills.
5. Click the tombstone surrounded by 3 statues the Cultist Monk was guarding.
6. Loot the tomb. You must have sufficient party strength to open the entrance.
