Background
The able and capable commander of Spartan Company who rose from the ashes as a farmer's son from the small town of Retford. He endured nine years of hard labor before he was given the chance to join the Skyguard, where he rose quickly through the ranks to command his own company. This same company is the one he led through the disaster at the Haalu Plateau.
After meeting Reece Sharpe and inquiring about his background, he will ask a favor for the player to use their influence to reinstate Spartan Company in the Town Hall. Doing so sets Reece's Affection to Undying and grants him the Loyalty trait.
