Forged Document
Overview
The Forged Document is an item that can be purchased at the Transit Department for $75,000 and 75,000 Influence. It is a forged slave contract that is automatically added to the IC census records when applied (Inventory > Applicants) to any Slave or Servant NPC, immediately turning them into Convicts.
The NPC will not suspect The Player had anything to do with it, suffering only a -20 Hapiness loss.
