Most powerful being on Raana. Chancellor of The Republic, High Commander of the Mastersphere since 2416, controls The Senate, which appoints the Mayor, who governs Ikaanos Colony. Also has direct control over the The Ikaanian Marine Corps (space marines).
At the venerable age of 149 years, Mordecai is one of the oldest living humans on (or in orbit of) Raana today, next to Lord Lubar Harlington (born 2329) and Lord Quentin Rafe (born 2327).
