Writing on this implies that it is ammunition, and dangerous to tamper with. You can't find out what weapon it might be for though. You might be able to sell this "ammunition" somewhere, but then you might end up kicking yourself if you later found the weapon it is supposed to go with, but had no ammunition for it.
