Setting a generous allowance is a great way to increase an NPC's Happiness and Affection toward you - especially if he or she has the Materialistic Trait.

Every dollar counts as chance rolls for increasing Happiness and Affection scale based on the NPC's set allowance. There are several cumulative thresholds, however:

Legacy[edit | edit source]

$5 Allowance[edit | edit source]

A minor sum that enables the slave to buy extra sweets, a coffee or save up for a new pair of underwear.

  • There's a 25% chance to raise a slave's Happiness with one point per day if her Anger is 2 or less and her Happiness is below 60.
  • There's a 15% chance to raise Affection with one point of her Anger is 0 and her Affection is below Friendly.

$25 Allowance[edit | edit source]

A substantial sum that enables the slave to buy her best friends a round of cafe lattes or a newly printed paperback.

  • There's a 25% chance to raise a slave's Happiness with one point per day if her Anger is 3 or less.
  • A slave gains one Affection point per day, up to Friendly level, as long as she receives this sum.
  • There's a 15% chance to lower a slave's Anger with one point per day.
  • A Materialistic slave that receives this sum increases her Happiness with one point per day up to a maximum of 50.

$100 Allowance[edit | edit source]

A huge sum of silver coins that enable the slave to buy her best friends a nice dinner at a medium-class restaurant or pay for a visit at a fancy massage parlour.

  • A slave's Happiness will increase with one point per day if her Anger is below 4.
  • A slave receiving this sum gains one Affection point per day, up to the Amiable level.
  • A slave's Anger will decrease with one point per day down to 4 as long as she recieves this sum.
  • There's a 50% chance to lower a slave's Anger with one point per day (in addition to the bonus above).
  • A Materialistic slave that receives this sum increases her Happiness with one point per day.
