Also known as "Hunters' Retreat", Kahill Outpost is a reasonable sized town on the banks of the Red River, with a well-supplied general store ("Luke's Empire") and a small tavern ("The Goat's Toe") that offers food and lodgings.
It is the stopping-off point for people wanting to visit Silfren Woods and then Sewo's Bend.
