A powerful ointment with psychotropic effects. Increases Happiness by +2 points and has a 50% chance of lowering WILLPOWER by one point per use, down to a minimum of 20.
Can be purchased from Haruki's Store, at cost of around $3,000.
Raikan Gale can also be produced from Toshi Gardens if these are restored, in which case up to 5 units can be harvested from there per week if the Herb House is developed to its maximum possible extent (which will cost over $1 million).
