Bud Walton is one of the player's old friends. A dude whose confidence is unmatched even by the most successful Emerald City entrepreneur, he's quite a fool, but a lovable one.
Bud's cockiness and competence with guns, plus his access to unlimited ammunition thanks to his long-suffering uncle Timothy owning Redhaven's weapons-store, means that he can make a useful mid-tier mercenary.
