Overview
The Underworld is accessed through an entry POI in Stokke Hills. The place was a huge, underground fuel silo during the pre-Severance era. Now the empty silo has been modified into a subterranean community of over 200 misfits, thieves, and freebooter trash who can't afford the modest rents of the sod houses of Marston Swamps.
The Underworld's existence is an open secret, and its entries unguarded, but they are hidden.
