The bank is open from 8am to 6:15 pm daly.

The MC can take a $25,000 loan from here if his influence is 2,000+. (At about 10% interest, to be repaid over 200 days, at $138/day.) After repaying the loan, the MC can take another, but can have only one loan at a time.
