The Underworld

Overview

The Underworld is accessed through an entry POI in Stokke Hills. The place was a huge, underground fuel silo during the pre-Severance era. Now the empty silo has been modified into a subterranean community of over 200 misfits, thieves, and freebooter trash who can't afford the modest rents of the sod houses of Marston Swamps.

The Underworld's existence is an open secret, and its entries unguarded, but they are hidden. And those in the know are cautious about giving the information out, in case the person they tell might bring trouble to the place, which would get them into trouble in turn. So finding a way in necessitates getting a tip-off from someone who's already been there, once you have built up a bit of trust and established yourself as sensible. So try discreetly asking around in bars at night, but don't expect to find out straight away.
