Background

the ex-arena champion (Name randomly generated) is a capturable female NPC that the player can encounter if he take on the bounty at The Goat's Toe in Kahill Outpost.

She is the daughter of a Hazorian warrior family. She grew up in Am-Belinor one of the last Hazorian villages in the Prometheus region. It was destroyed by Republic death squads when she was still young and she survived in the wilderness for years before she was captured and taken to a prison camp.

She eventually escaped in a prison break aimed at freeing a crime boss there and went on the run with a couple of others before eventually being recaptured and sent to the arena. However, she later managed to break out again and escaped to Kahill Outpost, where the small militia there tried their best to capture her, but failed due to her skill until the player steps in.
