Now the empty silo has been modified into a subterranean community of over 200 misfits, thieves, and freebooter trash who can't afford the modest rents of the sod houses of Marston Swamps.
The Underworld's existence is an open secret, and its entries unguarded, but they are hidden so finding a way in necessitates getting a tip-off from someone who's already been there. Try discreetly asking around in bars at night (the third Rumor in Furry's Tavern will reveal the POI on the map).
