Carpenter

In the South side of Redhaven lies the furniture workshop of Lombar Kai - an old carpenter with experience across a wide range of woodworking and metal craftsmanship, including household furniture and appliances, vehicles, and art. The smell of fresh haal wood hangs like a cloud of incense in here.

Kai's carpentry store is open from 8:30am to 10:30pm every day.

Wares

• Armchair: $120 (no game benefit currently).
• Sofa: $150 (no game benefit currently).
• Luxurious Sofa: $1,500 (can bring Happiness and Affection gains, depending on where placed).
• Bookshelf: $2,500 (can help NPCs gain INT, Academics, Science and Administration, depending on where placed).
• Single Bed: $300 (plain and simple, with basic mattress; can hold 1 NPC, plus the MC).
• Double Bed: $1,500 (good construction, with quality mattress; can hold 2 or 4 NPCs, plus the MC).
• Mega Bed: $3,000 (lavishly decorated, with luxury mattress; can hold 8 NPCs, plus the MC).
• Dinner Set: $500 (table and 4 chairs; no game benefit currently).
• Work Desk: $200 (you have one already and may not need another).

Work

Mr Kai will also take on one of your slaves or servants as an assistant. The work involves heavy lifting, cleaning, helping the chief carpenter with administrative chores, and performing basic carpenter assignments. It is hard work which could build up a slave's strength, but there is the constant risk of minor injuries.
