Background

Ellen Shaw is down-on-her luck former Skyguard police officer that you meet as she is being evicted from her apartment on account of being way behind on her rent payments. She is the sole daughter of SGPD detective Elijah Shaw, whose footsteps she followed in, joining the Skyguard militia at 15. Her and her father's ironclad sense of justice led to her current misfortune.

Ellen initiates the quest The Detective.

Special Abilities

At the start of the game Ellen is investigating her parents' deaths, and is also struggling with the fact that she lost her dream job with the Skyguard police as a result of the circumstances around that event. If the MC chooses to assist her by finishing her quest, "The Detective", he will restore Ellen's family name with the police such that they will employ her again, which will give her the "SGPD Officer" trait, thsi trait meaning that the job "SGPD Officer" will appear on her list of available jobs (under "City Assignments").

Starting Stats

Ellen starts physically fit, combat trained, well enough educated to teach at the Academy, and with the aptitude to be an excellent (and cheap) physical fitness and combat Educator for your own staff. However her heart lies with the SGPD, and she will be heartbroken if she can't get reinstated and spend most of her days working there.
