Household repair
Household Disrepair can be reduced by Janitors, but you can do it quicker by doing it yourself: using the "Repair (-2$)" action in the Manage House > Household Info screen will take 1 hour, cost just $2, and remove 1–6 points of Disrepair according to the following:
