The MC can take a $25,000 loan from here if his influence is 2,000+. (At about 10% interest, to be repaid over 200 days at $138/day.)
Accountant Armand Blackford can be found working inside, and will jump at the prospect of a less boring job working for you instead (though he will still need to be properly remunerated).
