The Carozza Hall is the faction headquarters of House Carozza, located in Whitehaven. It is guarded by a well-armed group of elite soldiers showing an undying loyalty to their chief Don Carozza.
After reaching an Influence of 20,000 or more, you're able to invest in Carozza's shady business empire through the faction Donate menu. Each Standing point gives you $15/daily revenue.
Due to House Carozza's shrouded state, The Republic would turn a blind eye to anyone attacking this location.
