Upstairs[edit | edit source]

Living room[edit | edit source]

Master Bedroom[edit | edit source]

Basement[edit | edit source]

Holding cell[edit | edit source]

The holding cell upgrade can only be applied to rooms in the basement. Building a holding cell enables the "Imprison" command in an NPC's Interaction menu (Events & Activities>Imprison). Placing an NPC in a jail cell gives you full control over its effects and escape risks. These scripts will also execute during the Conclude Day event, in addition to a possible Affection drop caused by the actual imprison command:

  • There's a 4% chance to decrease an NPC's WILLPOWER with one point per day. (3% for Jaded NPCs). The room upgrade decreases this chance to 1% (0% for Jaded NPCs).
  • NPCs with a Corruption below 80 decrease their Affection toward you with two points per day, down to "Despising".
  • NPCs with a Corruption below 80 increase their Anger with one point per day.
  • NPCs automatically lose one Defiance point per day.
  • NPCs' Fear increases with one point per day up to a maximum of 10.
  • Escape risk is more or less 0% regardless of the NPC's current Affection, Willpower and Anger.

Imprisoning high-lvl NPCs[edit | edit source]

Trying to imprison combat-abled NPCs with high Willpower might decrease your Health by a substantial amount! Some NPCs, like Paragons and most mercenaries, might be too powerful to imprison - unless the MC's skills are very high.

Imprisoning freeborns (Servants, Mercenaries and Paragons) can wreck havoc on your Influence and other same-leveled NPCs' Affection toward you.

Helping NPCs[edit | edit source]

Assigned guards will automatically help with the imprison command and add their STRENGTH to the chance calculation if one or more of these statements are true:

  • The guard's Affection toward you is Loving+ or the guard's Corruption is 80+.
  • The imprisoned NPC has a special imprison event/warrant.
  • The imprisoned NPC has the status of Convict or Slave.
