Background
Lovisa is a genuine "docks gal" born and raised on Ikaanos' ramshackle waterfront. Despite the district's licentious reputation, her upbringing was strict and religious, making her a modest, kind, and shy girl – best suited for domestic or academic pursuits rather than the pleasures of the flesh. Her striking Scandinavian features, green eyes, and magnificent mane of blonde hair are purely genetic. Her family had very little contact with their more tribalistic kin in Watery Eyes during her upbringing, as they belonged to the metro-influenced groups living north of Hamilton Square, raising the suspicion of her upright parents.
Lovisa's family struggled to support the girl and her twin (but not identical) sister, Tori Helm. Unfortunately, the family eventually had to sell themselves into slavery when the girls were nine years old, after a severe famine ravaged Ikaanos for over six months. They ended up at the household of Charles Robárt, whose Master, "Mr. Robert", quickly became attached to the twins and their striking personalities.
Acquiring Lovisa unlocks the possibility of acquiring her sister Tori (who she does not know is working at Virax Springs), and this then leads to the possibility of also acquiring their parents Gregory and Valeria.

Lovisa is a simple and naturally devoted girl who'll always return a favor. She's generous and loves children.

Quest
Lovisa has a personal quest "The Vault", which can be unlocked if you ask about her Background, if your Affection is Amiable+ (click the "Worth checking out?" link).

Requirements: Affection Amiable+
Details: Lovisa reveals that her family's old apartment in the Docklands was taken over by Mr Robárt when he bought them as slaves, still has some of their possessions in it, and she knows the front door code. Of particular note is a "USB key", a relic from old Earth, which her father told her could assist with decrypting computer systems, and should still be there hidden within a secret chamber. Lovisa suggests you accompany her to the Docks district to have a look. The secret chamber she does not know the code to though, so you will need to hack it unless there is a clue to the door code somewhere.
Her sister Tori would also have an interest in visiting the apartment, as might her parents, and it can only be visited once. So it might be worth delaying this quest until more of Lovisa's family are in your household. Note that the girls might prefer to go without their parents though.
Result: There is an optional fight on the way in, which can bring a small Influence gain (plus loot and captives), but could be dangerous for Tori and Lovisa. Following this, revelation of much information about the Helm's backgrounds, plus acquisition of a small amount of Merch, a Dursateel rod, some Cloth, 15 C-boards, a Grid Key, and two statues of Lovisa and Tori.
