About three dozen of these cylinders were salvaged from the inactive Celassi stargate right after The Severance. They are believed to be some form of battery or power generator - obviously from a very advanced alien civilization.
Where to purchase it[edit | edit source]
Due to its nature, the player can only buy it at the Transit Department. Which will cost him:
