Overview
About three dozen of these cylinders were salvaged from the inactive Celassi stargate right after The Severance. They are believed to be some form of battery or power generator - obviously from a very advanced alien civilization.
How to obtain it
Due to the Stargate Cylinder's unknown nature, the player can only buy it at the Transit Department, which has 6 of them. This action will cost them:
