His formal title is High Commander of the Skyguard, though he delegates most day-to-day control of them to The Lord Commander of Law and the Lord Commander of War so that he can concentrate on all the other aspects of governing the colony.
The Mayor officially governs out of the Town Hall in Hamilton Square but spends most of his time in the Republic Palace in the Palace District of Emerald City.
