Background

Clea Vallas is a Paragon who can be encountered outside of the player's house as part of a special encounter. One of Ikaanos' most renowned bounty hunters, her exploits frequently make the news. More background on her is available after reaching a higher level of Affection with her.

Clea is powerful enough that she will increase the MC's Power Value by +3 just by being a member of his Household.

Unique Equipment

Clea comes equipped with the NEMESIS SR-C, a unique sniper rifle dealing +63 damage plus extra when aiming, and the Ice Dragon, a fast melee weapon that deals +30 damage and has a greatly enhanced chance to incapacitate rather than kill. She wears her unique armor, the Aetheria, which boasts a soak of 25 and increases her Dexterity by 10. All of these can not be changed by the player.

Unique Effects

• Just like Aria, Clea Vallas doesn't need an Affection requirement for assaulting The Palace (New World Order quest).

Clea has extremely high parameters in a multitude of stats, most noticeably Ranged, Discipline, and Willpower.
