You generate Palace Rating Points daily through the presence of high-status NPCs in your household, and completed quests and other accomplishments and some events, including the following.
- NPCs with the Statesman trait: +3/day
- NPCs with the High Nobility trait: +3/day
- NPCs with Prestige 250+: +1/day
- NPCs with Fame 1,500+: +1/day
- Honorary Marshal Title: +5/day
- State Academist Title: +3/day
- Senate Rank: Lawmaker: +2/day
- Senate Rank: Legislator: +5/day
- Senate Rank: Senator: +10/day
- Senate Rank: High Senator: +30/day
- Completed the New World Order quest: +50/day
- Completed the Slavemasters of Raana quest: +5/day
- Influence 100,000+: +1/day
- Influence 500,000+: +1/day
- Influence 1,000,000+: +1/day
- Influence 10,000,000+: +3/day
- Travelling First Class to USS Seneca: +75/trip
- Dine & wine, or drink at the bar, at The Orient: +~2/session
