A decrepit fort in the center of Stokke Hills, rarely manned by the Skyguard but often broken into and used as a base by raiders when the bandits judge the Republic's forces as stretched too thin to do anything about this for a while.
The locals would be grateful for any independent adventurers who do the Skyguard's job for them.
