Founded by Ilmar Delmer in 2245, at the site of a natural artesian outlet, and later siezed by the IC goverment and bought by the Brotherhood of Ryzaan in 2401. The brotherhood has run the spa diligently for the past 88 years and transformed the establishment into what it is today.
