This is a material which can be bought in some places (Redhaven Market, Belial Guns, Aimee's Goods), sold in others (Walton's Smithery, Imperial Arms), used in Crafting some items (all weapons apart from staff and cane; heavy leather, combat and duraplate armors; some ammunition) - if you have a Smithery plus sufficient Blacksmithing and maybe also Artisan skill. It can be Refined from Scrap metal that you find while Scavenging, or from Scrapping the Merchandise your NPCs bring back from days spent working assigned to the Scavenger job).
