Talk to owner

Once the player's faction's Power Value is 14+, they can talk to the fifth-generation owner of the store Botan Haruki to activate the quest: The Ring, in which the player has to find Haruki's stolen ring. Upon completion, the player will gain influence and money, alongside the ability to use tea at the store and a small discount.
