Gambling is a skill possessed by the MC, an activity you can pursue at a variety of establishments throughout the game world (low-stakes Poker at Furry's, high-stakes Poker at The Dockgrave, Daiku at Shunsuke's, Hnefatafl at The Alebarrel, a variety whilst Carousing at Divine Juices, and Poker or Juggernaut at your own Tavern if you build one), and also something which might crop up as a way of dealing with certain Quests (e.g. trying to win Adrienne from The Mad Preacher). You can also gamble with Ansel during "Hang Out" events (Interact > Events & Activities > Hang Out Together).
