Located in the Palace District, the Transit Department prepares goods about to be shipped between The Mastersphere and Ikaanos. This powerful fortress is also a storage facility for confiscated gear, dangerous chemicals, and pre-Severance artifacts. A person of great influence can acquire items stored at this location - as long as they're used for "scientific purposes".
