Overview
Haruki's Store is located in Raikan. It is one of Raikan's old general stores.

Once your faction's Power Value is 14+, you can talk to the fifth-generation owner of the store Botan Haruki to activate the quest: The Ring, in which the player has to find Haruki's stolen ring.
