Background
Clea Vallas is a Paragon who can be encountered outside the MC's house as part of a special event, IF the player decides to go down the New World Order ("NWO") rather than the Slavemaster of Raana ("SMR") quest chain through the mid part of the game onwards.
One of Ikaanos' most renowned bounty hunters, Clea's exploits will likely have come to the MC's attention through news reports before he meets her. More background on Clea is available after reaching a higher level of Affection with her.
Clea has enough military renown that she will increase the MC's Power Value by +5 just by being a member of his Household.

Clea's personality and background give her a +35 boost to her skill as a Barkeeper if ever put in charge of a Tavern.
Unique Equipment
Clea comes equipped with the NEMESIS SR-C, a unique sniper rifle dealing +63 damage plus extra when aiming, and the Ice Dragon, a fast melee weapon that deals +30 damage and has a greatly enhanced chance to incapacitate rather than kill. She wears her unique armor, the Aetheria, which boasts a soak of 25 and increases her Dexterity by 10. All of these can not be changed by the player.
Unique Effects
Just like Aria, Clea Vallas does not need to meet an Affection requirement for assaulting the Palace (New World Order quest).
Starting Stats
Clea has extremely high parameters in a multitude of stats, most notably Ranged, Discipline, and Willpower.
